Old Ochre Chalk Paint

In a previous post I mentioned that I purchased chalk paint the colors Graphite and Old Ochre. This is my second project, I am working on two others and hopefully I will have them completed within the week. There has been many comments and posts about chalk paint so I 'm going to throw in my two cents
  1. Chalk paint is worth the money!
  2. With chalk paint you will  achieve an old distressed look if you want.
  3. It's basically no fuss and no muss.
  4. One quart will cover 4-6 projects with two coats of paint.
  5. Easy cleanup
  6. The brushes are a must have for the wax. You will throw your cheesecloth out the window.
  7. Keep the lid on the paint or it will thicken.
  8. Use a good quality wide brush, makes a huge difference with the application.
  9. It dries very quickly.
I hope you like my finished project as much as I do.

Until the next time,
Vicky

(And thanks for the chalk paint info.)
