The Lovely Days of Fall

Hello Readers,
The weather here in Ohio this weekend has been absolutely gorgeous. We have been soaking up every possible moment of sunshine. Last night I did manage to do a little project, I made a chalkboard from an old mirror.

Before

And now the AFTER!!

I used Graphite chalk paint along with Duck Egg Blue to paint the frame and I used silver Rub 'N Buff to highlight. I removed the mirror and replaced it with a plasticboard, sprayed on the chalkboard paint and then I completed the frame with nail head trim to give it a little extra pizazz!!
