Buffalo Chicken Dip

Hello Readers,

Today I want to share with you one of my favorite go to dips! Whenever I make this it's always a hit. I have tweaked the recipe just a bit to give it a little more flavor so let's get started.

1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of chopped white onion
1/2 cup of chopped celery
1 T. of butter
2 T. of oil
 1/2 cup Ranch salad dressing
 1/2 cup Frank’s® RedHot® Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of blue cheese
2-3 cups of cooked chicken

Heat oil and butter in skillet

Chop onion and celery

Shred 2 or 3 cups of rotisserie chicken, I think shredded chicken taste better than diced but it could just be my imagination

Combine cream cheese and ranch dressing

Add onion and celery to chicken

combine well

add hot sauce and cream cheese mixture
For an added crunch I also throw in more celery, put mixture in a baking dish and top with mozzarella and blue cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve while hot with Tostitos or your chip of choice. To really savor this most delectable dip it's best if you eat this in your "stretch pants."

Tomorrow I will share with you another ornament wreath, I can't stop making them :)
Days of Chalk and Chocolate

  1. I just pinned this....Thinking of using it on Christmas Eve! Thanks so much! :)

  2. Looks super simple, I love that you just use a rotisserie chicken and don't have to make a whole chicken. That'd really complicate things!

  3. that looks so yummy, i think i'll save the recipe for superbowl sunday!

  4. Strectch pants, come to mama! This looks so good!

  5. Oh, my husband would love this! Great idea to have it for the Super Bowl!

  6. thanks for the recipe! looks delishiousssss!!!

  7. here it is...3:30 on Christmas Eve and I am making this dip. The celery and onion is on the saute. and I realized that I didn't get the ranch dressing because in the recipe it says blue cheese dressing and that is what I got!!!! LMAO!!!! So, I am going to do something a little different. Will let you know how it worked out??

Tell me something good!
I look forward to your comment.
