Chair Completed

Hello Readers,
My chair is finished! Last week I mentioned that I stapled a hammer inside my chair "yikes." No worries!  Frank took care of business by removing it for me.....

Before
Abby is excited to give the chair her approval

Upholstering this chair was a bit challenging but the end result turned out very well. I'm looking forward to doing another chair in the Fall. I have fabric leftover so I plan on making pillows for my couch.

Have a great day!

  5. Beautiful job on the chair and I love the fabric! I upholstered one chair years ago, so I know a lot of labor goes into a chair. Looks fabulous with your table!

  7. So glad you got the hammer out. that could of made for some hard seating. Your chair turned out so good, I can't believe this is your first try. You did an outstanding job. It really looks so pretty, nice, nice, nice job. Can I ask what fabric you used, it looks pretty but can't figure it out? Thanks for sharing your creative inspiration at Sunday's Best.

  8. VERY nice...I especially like that you took it from overstuffed to a nice sleek look...just goes to show what a little "vision" and creativity can do for you! I also like your vases you just re-did with the ASCP :) I'm gonna reupholster a piece soon. Just looking for the right piece....
