Thanks for stopping by! It's been a busy weekend filled with fun and work, but it's all good.
A few weeks ago KariAnne over at Thistlewood Farm posted this cake and I've been thinking about it ever since. I wanted to give it a try and so I did.
Pineapple Blueberry Dessert
|yep, that's right 4 ingredients|
|2 cups of clean and dry fresh blueberries placed in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish (without the paper towel)|
|20 ounces of crushed pineapple with juice|
|pour over blueberries|
|one box of yellow cake mix|
|spread evenly over pineapple|
|melt 1 stick and a half of butter|
|slowly drizzle of cake mix|
bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes and drool! The kitchen smells delicious
wait for the "beep beep" of the timer
|and this is what you get bubbly goodness!|
