Bubbling Blueberries

Hello Readers,
Thanks for stopping by! It's been a busy weekend filled with fun and work, but it's all good.

A few weeks ago KariAnne over at Thistlewood Farm posted this cake and I've been thinking about it ever since. I wanted to give it a try and so I did.

Pineapple Blueberry Dessert

yep, that's right 4 ingredients

2 cups of  clean and dry fresh blueberries placed in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish (without the paper towel)

20 ounces of crushed pineapple with juice

pour over blueberries

one box of yellow cake mix
spread evenly over pineapple

melt 1 stick and a half of butter

slowly drizzle of cake mix
bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes and drool! The kitchen smells delicious
wait for the "beep beep" of the timer

and this is what you get bubbly goodness!
Doesn't it look good! I am taking it to work tomorrow for some of my co-workers to enjoy.....and I do mean some it's not enough for 300 employees (first come first serve)
If you have not read any posts by Karianne I'm inviting  you to stop on by she is really great. Thanks Karianne for the recipe.

Have you baked anything lately?
Perhaps those who follow my blog at work should be first in line :)

Thanks for the recipe. My sister-in-law must have seen this recipe because she was talking about it this weekend. Too bad she wasn't doing more than just talking!!!
