Mod Podge ~ Fabric Storage Box

Hello Readers,
Thanks for coming by! Some of you already know that I'm participating in a Mod Podge Campaign you can read about it here.


I was so excited when my box of goodies arrived so now I'm ready to get my Mod Podge on! 

These Plaid products are available at Michael's. 

I purchased a storage box on the clearance rack at at a discount store.

I like the box but the style isn't me...so I'm going to switch it up

here is the fabric and Mod Podge that I will use

after painting the box and measuring the fabric

I brushed the Mod Podge on the fabric and box and waited for it to dry

after it was completely dry I used my rotary cutter and exacto knife to trim it up

much better....but what about the inside

Mod Podge to the rescue

here is the scrapbook paper I will be using

it's easier to pour Mod Podge on a plate then trying to shove a brush inside the bottle (just a tip)

I brushed the inside with Mod Podge

pressed the scrapbook paper inside

waiting for the Mod Podge to dry ( just play the Jeopardy song in your head)

how pretty....... it's nice and dry (happy dance)

I love how my storage box turned out

now it's ready to store (hide) goodies

I really enjoyed creating this project and using Mod Podge by  Plaid
