Today I'm sharing with you a very yummy sandwich, if you are trying to "lean" toward a meatless diet then I suggest you give this sandwich and salad a try.
|my salad is loaded with fixin's|
|this is a knock off version of a patty melt|
|If you count points this sandwich is 7 Weight Watchers points|
3- Fold it bread
2- Babybel cheddar cheese
2- Vegan griller
|saute onions and cook vegan patty in a non-stick skillet|
|grill on both sides I used my George Foreman grill|
|Have you tried this? In my opinion it taste better than salad dressing , it's only 25 calories in one tablespoon and "no fat"|
