Meatless Monday

Hello Readers,

Today I'm sharing with you a very yummy sandwich, if you are trying to "lean" toward a meatless diet then I suggest you give this sandwich and salad a try.

my salad is loaded with fixin's

this is a knock off version of a patty melt

If you count points this sandwich is 7 Weight Watchers points
3- Fold it bread
2- Babybel cheddar cheese
2- Vegan griller

saute onions and cook vegan patty in a non-stick skillet

grill on both sides I used my George Foreman grill
Have you tried this? In my opinion it taste better than salad dressing , it's only 25 calories in one tablespoon and "no fat"

This is a yummy low fat, low calorie meal full of flavor, if you want to make something quick and easy please give it a try.

  1. I should have waited until after lunch to read this post because you're making my stomach growl like crazy. I'm a vegetarian so I LOVE this post. I've also been following ww trying to get off those pesky summer pounds so I am so happy to see this today. Will have to try the glaze!

  2. I'm not familiar with the glaze, I'll have to give it a try. Love Babybel cheese and Morning star burgers. Lunch looks delicious.
