Mod Podge ~ Flowerbox

Hello Readers,

I'm happy you have stopped by! Today I want to share with you a great Mod Podge transformation, I'm so pleased with this Mod Podge project. Let's take a look!

here is a toolbox that I have had for awhile and it's time for an update don't you think?

I started by first painting the box with two shades of blue

for embellishment I'm using scrapbooking paper it's sorta geometric

for my finish I'm using the Mod Podge Antique Matte

I brushed on the Antique Matte in thin layers and waited for it to dry

notice the darker patches of blue? I brushed extra Mod Podge Antique Finish on certaim areas and then distressed to give it a worn appearance

after the drying time I added flowers

the Antique Matte Mod Podge is a subtle way to give your project an aged look.

Mod Podge ~ Fabric Storage Box

Hello Readers,
Thanks for coming by! Some of you already know that I'm participating in a Mod Podge Campaign you can read about it here.

I was so excited when my box of goodies arrived so now I'm ready to get my Mod Podge on!
These Plaid products are available at Michael's.

I purchased a storage box on the clearance rack at at a discount store.

I like the box but the style isn't me...so I'm going to switch it up

here is the fabric and Mod Podge that I will use

after painting the box and measuring the fabric

I brushed the Mod Podge on the fabric and box and waited for it to dry

after it was completely dry I used my rotary cutter and exacto knife to trim it up

much better....but what about the inside

Mod Podge to the rescue

here is the scrapbook paper I will be using

it's easier to pour Mod Podge on a plate then trying to shove a brush inside the bottle (just a tip)

I brushed the inside with Mod Podge

pressed the scrapbook paper inside

waiting for the Mod Podge to dry ( just play the Jeopardy song in your head)
how pretty....... it's nice and dry (happy dance)

I love how my storage box turned out

now it's ready to store (hide) goodies

Hello Readers,

Thanks for coming by! Some of you already know that I'm participating in a Mod Podge Campaign you can read about it here.
These Plaid products are available at Michael's.
Here is my 1st project this was a lot a fun to create.

I used Mod Podge Dimensional Magic and Mod Podge Podgeable
Shapes

I had my hubby drill holes in the top and bottom of the podgeables and then  I carefully applied Dimensional Magic

I let it dry for 24 hours

I used beads and wire

Mod Podge Rub On Transfers and Podgeable Papers
the papers and transfers are so easy to use

Dimensional Magic sparkles and shimmers!

Mod Podge Tracing Templates were used with paper
 I already had

this charm is really coming together

here is Podgeable Paper that was also used
for this project
my charm is hanging on the the door to dry, Mod Podge brushes on white but dries clear

this charm will look great hanging on a door knob, hook
or even outside in a tree

I really enjoyed creating this project and using Mod Podge by Plaid.
